Returns & Exchanges Policy

At BBETTER, we want you to feel confident in your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original fashion tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
